Winged stainless steel hardened self tappers

Wing torx self tappers are screws for fastening wood to steel. The wings clear an oversized hole in the wood and ensure that the thread is not blocked. The drill point drills a hole in the steel. The wings break off as soon as they touch the steel. Then the thread is tapped into the steel. The milling ribs under the head clear the hole for a nice sinking of the screw into the wood.
